No they dont, some of these groups have had gripes with each other for years and years preceding any black person entering their mind frame
look at how Japanese society treat korean and chinese citizens, they get more hate than any black person.

going back to the examples i gave like asian vs mexican beef hence the gangs. Asian gangs mostly all are allies to black gangs and Asian sets of black gangs(asian crips, asian bloods) that almost all beef with Mexican gangs.

im not saying they are allies(cause i know you nikkas are on here) but its not as simple as "everyone hates blacks". people in general hate/discriminate against those who aint them
