I remember watching Nitro for the first hour, and then from 9pm-11pm, me and my college roommate had 2 tvs, so one was on Nitro and one on RAW.

I watched both, but was more into WCW. When both shows overlapped, I always watched WCW until they went to commercial break.

I wish they would've happened in the era of DVR, where I could've watched "Nitro" and then DVR'd raw and watched them both equally, but WCW was better from top down from '96-99, but WWE was better at the top of the card, especially once Rocky and Stone Cold started to emerge and DX became a thing

I was a WWE stan and i was confused as hell when i first saw WCW monday night nitro for the first time. It was like a different universe. I knew that during that era, that it was a good idea to be a Wrestling fan and then 9/11 happened

i preferred WWE over WCW because i felt WCW wrestlers were too old - but their cruiser weight division were insane.

WCW for sure. It really is a shame what happened to that brand because for a while they were kicking WWF's ass.

The nWo, Goldberg, cruiserweights and bringing along Raven from ECW was huge. They just did not control the company well and as many are aware the wrestlers ran wild.

I watched both for different reasons. WWF had the fukkery and characters(Main Event). While WCW had the great stables and rasslin matches(NWO and Midcard). I'd lean WWF probably cause I'm city folk.

Tried to see what was popping with the WWE because Monday Night Wars and I enjoyed wrestling , my feelings towards the promotion never changed to this very day. Some hits and more misses

WCW until the end. Tried getting into WWE until they fukked up the invasion, and then DDP, and then Booker. Quit watching until around 2012. So I missed the Ruthless Aggression area.
