You had the men working and providing

The women GLADLY serving the men and cooking and cleaning

The children being raised well and educating themselves

Traditional gender roles are the only way it should be, those "musty third worlders" have it right and on average the typical Abdullah Fatah in Egypt has a MUCH MORE SATISFYING home life than the typical average joe in the West

It seems like the media is promoting the concept that being a house wife is wrong and females should aim to be independent and "don't need no man"

How is it trolling to suggest that a man who wants a relationship with non-western societal gender roles should be in a position to support a wife who stays home with the kids?

I think too many people here are in love with the idea of traditional gender roles but never think any deeper than how awesome it'd be to have a woman wait on you hand and foot and cook good meals while making sure the children have done their chores and homework. There are a lot of moving parts, and no women in this society want to live in substandard conditions in exchange for being able to stay home and clean. If men are able to financially support this sort of situation, that's a different story but based on my observations, the men who desire this kind of lifestyle the most don't have the means to support it.
