Whaaat?! James Toney is bringing collegiate boxing to HBCUs?!

Just caught word on this stream. It's apparently the light skins breh with locs' idea, (NC A&T grad, part of Toney's team) and what a BRILLIANT idea :ohh: The shyt isn't under NCAA but USA Boxing. They're looking to provide scholarships and NIL endorsements but is the NIL part possible without NCAA? Thinking outloud there. The teams will be coached by former champs (Antonio Tarver, Andre Berto, etc)
