I know we talk about black on black crime like a broken record, but how about give half our white users some majority white neighborhoods with white on white crime?

wouldn't shock me if crimes committed in white communities went unreported/skewed/not talked about.

if they'll do all they can for IQ/ACT tests in shyt, i wouldn't put it past them to do that for more serious offenses
