i didnt stop speaking to them until i was like 15. i still live with my mom and i dont speak to her.

No one I repeat no one will be there for you as much as your parents and this is coming from someone who left home and didnt talk to em when I was 17.

when i was a teen i went thru the phase that i didnt want to hear a word from them. i love my parents tho. i moved away and i still make sure i see them at least once a week.

This isn't true for some people. I remember my roomate freshman year got the call from his sister when his mother died, and he said "I'm not going to her funeral :yeshrug:", and preceded to ask how his niece was doing in kindergarten​

no this isnt a phase. i literally live with my mom and we dont say more than two words to each other every day. i cant recall ever having an actual conversation with my mom.

yea this. right now u feel cold towards her but the older u get the more u appreciate her. unless she's an abusive mom who beats on u for her enjoyment

He is ungrateful and will regret it once he grows older. Unless you were abused there's no excuse for this.
