What age do you plan on making a will, or do you already have one?

I’m 38. We don’t have kids yet, but plan to in the next year. I own my home. Should I make a will as soon as the kid is born? We aren’t going to stay here more than 2 years after the kid is born, because I don’t want my child in this school system. So I’ll buy another house, and use this one as an Air BnB, or family beach house.

What about brehs who don’t want kids? Who are you leaving your stuff to?
