I dont know if im ready to accept any religion but i do believe in spirituality, if that makes sense.

I did a quick google search and found some good links but id like to buy some hardcover books to have.

I'll get the book for you tomorrow, got it in a tote box in the casa. but I have a book which mentions the different deities and goddesses of Africa that were worshiped by different tribes. it breaks down their image, their meaning and a few other tidbits. tomorrow I'll go fishing for it and post the ISBN for ya breh.

Kebra Nagast

I don't know too many particular books, but definitely look into Yoruba spirituality and Olodumare. Very interesting stuff :blessed:

Kebra Nagast is the bible that Rastafarian's adopted from the Ethiopians correct? I think I've either read about this in a book on the Rastafarian religion or have the actual book.

Well, it's not a Bible, it is an account of the origins of the Solomonic line in Ethiopia. It is more of an accompanying work for Ethiopian Orthodox Christians, and Rastafari also use it as a key text.

Yes, it makes perfect sense. Spirituality is an individual journey. You don't need a religion dictating your spirituality.

I see that you're in Atlanta. There's a black bookstore in Greenbriar Mall called Medu. Check it out, you should be able to find something that fits what you're looking for.
