What are some cities that have a mixture accent like Buffalo, NY

Watching this video Buffalo people clearly have a Midwestern twang in their voice even though they are in NY state (2 hours away from Cleveland and less than 5 hours away from Detroit)

what are some other cities that have an accent that sounds like a mixture of more then 1 region?

I use to think that about Baltimore or actually I still do. I know we laugh at their accent but I’ve met few people from there who sound regular east coast.

Funny thing about Chicago (and St. Louis) is that they both have the unique accents in the Midwest because from what I’ve seen in videos. Detroit-Cleveland-Milwaukee-other Ohio Cities-Buffalo all have accents that sort of sound like similar in a way.
