What are some good lunch ideas to bring to work I need help because

I noticed that spend most of my money on fast food and eating out so I am about to change that all the way around I could really save like $100 a week but I hate bringing full-course meals to the office I need something quick and easy like pasta or something so please give me any ideas thank you

Lowkey I do chicken breast w/some jerk seasoning, rice, and broccoli. I copped those meal prep Tupperware things too

Eating out is a money suck but I gotta hold it down

how was your trip to morrocco breh

It was amazing. Flew into Tangier, then to Marrakech, next to Essaouira, back to Marrakech, then to Fes, Chefchaouen, Tangier, then had a 1 day layover Madrid.

People were nice, actually made a few friends and they ended up taking us out. Food was good, beautiful cities.

The medina in Marrakech got hectic at times. We straight up were lost in it for 2 hours. The locals see that and will walk you in the right direction and expect a tip. You give them a dollar and then they expect more.

Lots of homeless people. We gave what we could but it was hard to get smaller bills. The homeless people spoke French, Arabic, and English sometimes. It made me wonder like damn if you speak 3 languages how are you homeless?!

Chefchaouen was the best because all the walls are blue. That was the most laid back city.

Overall amazing country.

Doesn't mean it's necessarily all you got to eat, but it will definitely save you some cash
