Macho like its been mentioned
Shawn and Bret in 97
Jericho

I'm adding Rock in 98. Although it may not be a slow burn so I'll leave it to you cats to tell me I'm wrong:russ: but that period when he was crazy over leading up to Survivor Series 98 and became the corporate champ was beautiful. Austin was sidelined, Rocky became the new target of Vince's ire, only for Vince to have him in his pocket the whole time and it was completely in character and beautiful:wow:

:russ: yup. And since I was a fan of him at the time as a heel I was cool either way but did feel a little bad that everyone was booing my favorite wrestler again when it looked like they were about to love him. But it all made sense: Rock was always about making more money for more $5000 shirts, being the best, hooking up with the best, and doing whatever he needed to get an advantage. Even him leaving the corporation was still in service of that selfish character who used people to his advantage than dumped them when it no longer served any purpose.
