What are some of the Policies in effect in your towns that **** people over?

If you own a dog, the city requires you to pay $10 for spayed and $30 for unspayed dogs EACH YEAR to license them. Why do you need to liscense the same dog each year? Its nothing more then a tax they place on people for animal ownership

The city is allowed to, on their own judgement, deem the public alley/public walkway near your property in need of work, "repair it" without consulting you and bill you for it.........If you dont pay the bill they are allowed to attach a lien to your property......

Yearly property taxes..........a scam which ive spoken on before......

The city is about to start charging people for trash pick up........lol.........

If youre interested in recycling the city has a policy in effect that you have to buy a yellow recycle bin from them to put your recycle stuff in......materials the recycle company is getting for free, processing then turning around and making a profit on. The city made over a million dollar profit last year on the sales of the bins alone lol

Parking meters downtown...........25 cents buys you 7 mins lol

Here in Birmingham, 25 cents will get you 30mins. It used to be an hour. Now if you can find some of the older parking meters, you can get 2 1/2 hours for 25 cents. But not anymore. That's why I park at these broke 10 hour meters. I'm good until they decide to fix them.
