Street sweeping tickets. Those zones aren't in rich areas

Also a fact all thought I hear the reason is because poor areas tend to be more dense

Most things in America are aimed at increasing human suffering for people who aren't fairly wealthy. Even things meant to help are handled so poorly it leads to more problems.

I can’t really believe the city is that naive to expect many of the low income people in that community to pay all their tickets and boot fees in one call.

I mean… they don’t boot your car for a while… they probably got tickets piled up… I’ve had parking tickets and they give you the option to have a payment play or to contest it especially if you can’t afford it.

most minor traffic tickets. whenever i've been the mandatory court appearance for a ticket it's like 95% black people there for "revenue generating" crimes. then the 1 or 2 white people got caught with meth or stabbed somebody and the judge know the white people by first name cuz they been there before and judge let them go with a slap on the wrist and they still broke the law again.

Very good answer. Most poor people are oblivious that they have options of many banks to not pay those
