What are some signs you should quit your job

I been at this place for 97 days and I started peeping some fukkshyt. It's my first "real" job out of college

It isn't work drama cause I don't rock with that in the first place, but the job itself is getting real annoying

I'm not at a level where I feel extreme hate for this place but I feel like I'm about 8 months away from hitting that level

I was thinking about getting on some no nonsense shyt, getting this cert/going back to school then exploring my options elsewhere

What do y'all think? Anyone been in similar situations?

OP go with your gut. I started at my current in October. I've been on two interviews within the last few weeks. There were so many red flags in the beginning, I paid attention to all of them. I'm done here.

Jobs actually like that you have a job already, so at least you are in a good position.

Job i work now is everything it was advertised and my dumbass still went there knowing its a complete waste of my time. But luckily im leaving it next month
