After having high cholesterol for such a long time, this year I decided to get on a strict diet. I am also lifting again! Goal is to go back to my mid 20s abs day..

Lol now I fear even grabbing an energy drink scares me.

Lowered sodium intake, drinking only water, lost 30 lbs, exercise like i did before.

Exercise 3-5 times a week.
Stretch every morning.
Try to get 10k steps in either walking or jogging.
Eat in moderation, not until I am full.
Cut excess carbs out.
Try to eyeball my protein macros.
Don't drink soda (except with alcohol on occasion)
Don't use butter.
Don't use seed oils.
Don't use sugar.
Intermittent fast 16/8.

About to add box jumps and some form of yoga to the repertoire.

I'm trying to cut alcohol out, but these next 4 years gonna be a bytch. I need to get more than 6 hours of sleep, but work and everything else keeps me from not sleeping more than 6 hours a day.

Increase my water intake. Trying to get back to drinking at least a gallon a day.
