All the fukking cleanup. I had to school my fam on rotational cooking so instead of having pans we don't clean for days, we cook shyt that doesn't need to be fresh first, clean them pots, reuse them. By the time the whole ordeal is over, you shouldn't have a ruined kitchen.
I also had to stop my family from cooking the plain old bullshyt just cause my grandma is into that: Greens with pork feet, chitterlings(chitlins) sweet potatoes, etc.
Started cooking gourmet shyt and we never went back. None of that heavily salted and buttered soul food that we ate every thanksgiving for damn near 20 years.
