depends if I'm bulking or cutting

bulking I feel bloated and miserable

cutting I feel so confident and vibrant, but I'd be damn if it wasnt depressing seeing my clothes get loose

I'm always sore but it's never a bad pain, I'm more productive in my daily life, a better quality of sleep.

You're girl must have some resentment towards you if you don't do cardio or stretch especially your hips:mjgrin:

I too exercise 4 to 5 times a week. I also do 60 pushups everyday. Been back on it since April. I lost 22 pounds. Currently weigh 208. Tryna get down to 194.

I feel more confident everyday. Plus I started eating a lot better. Lowered my blood pressure with no medication. I'm happy so far. Just wanna get my stomach flat that's all.

Once your arms get big, if you’re a slide sleeper prepare to wake up with numb arms a lot.

Wide shoulders literally changes the way you sleep as well and you’ll need pillows to balance your neck position.

Wifey hates all the pillows i have to use for this exact reason

I like to work out in the mornings because it starts the day off on a positive note and even if the day is bad/unproductive, at least I did something good for my health.


After regularly working out for a while though, if I miss a week or two, I'll start to feel lazy and less confident. What's worse is getting in a routine and then suffering an injury to where you have to sit down a bit
