I'll give you a summary breh.

Dont mix your ground meat up, just loosely shape it into a ball. When you put the ball on the grill press it into a patty within the 1st minute. the first minute it hits the grill is the perfect time to mash it, anything past that and it will lose its juiciness. :ohlawd:stove> grill. 80/20 meat.

I prefer indoor burgers... give me grilled onions and mushrooms... swiss or provolone cheese... Winter or Fall.

I hate sharing my food with the insects (flies, mosquitoes, ticks)
