what are the best seasons for a burger?

I prefer indoor burgers... give me grilled onions and mushrooms... swiss or provolone cheese... Winter or Fall.

I hate sharing my food with the insects (flies, mosquitoes, ticks)

i usually do a simple garlic powder, onion powder, smoked salt, and black pepper.

This, keep it simple. The quality of meat has a bigger impact on the burger than the seasonings.
