What are the best workouts without using weights or going to the gym

the rest literally always figures itself out

Get into the habit of even gettin off ya ass & doing some crunches everyday before tryna put a program together

The fact that u didn't simply google and gain a WEALTH of knowledge on this simple topic.. tells me you aren't halfway serious about this so that's why my advice to u is just do something everyday and if u can hang for 30 days then u have the discipline necessary for a workout plan

Burpees breh. That's how a lot of inmates stay in shape. Some of the numbers I read on some inmates' reps had me :dwillhuh: My weight fluctuates as I get lazy and go too hard on the alcohol and bad food. When I need to drop pounds, and start watching what I eat and cut back on the drinking, burpees help a lot. They're a pain in the azz though, and when starting back out it's a miserable exercise to put oneself through. However, once you get past the first couple weeks, they get easier and you can increase how many you do in whatever time you designate. I think mentally they do something for you too, at least that's how I feel after a few weeks of doing them. There's a certain get-up-and-go that I feel throughout the day from when I wake up until the next batch.


edit post: probably should be mentioned too with inmates it ain't like they got sh!t else to do. If you're working , going to school, etc., then like Balding said above, diet plays a huge role. That's my biggest hurdle, along with drinking. I feel like if one can have a healthy diet, along with moderate exercise, they'll be good.
