A lot of countries out there like this. They will even drive on the sidewalk and have pedestrians running.

I saw it first hand..No foreigner can drive in India without crashing.
I noticed they drive with their ears too. Just before they pass you they honk and you immediately slack. They drive like madmen, but the only accident we saw there was a lady who fell of a bicycle on her own.
