Black is redundant in a place where 99% of the population is black. I dont really want to speak for him, but I think that is what @staticshock was getting at.

I think we may also need a definition of terms. Would "ProAfrican" be better, or maybe "most panAfrican" be better for your original question?

In that sense, the bar has been set low on the continent. Ghana is sadly doing the best job of it with their President's words to Macron and their rightOfAbode scheme. Also, noticed a lot of anti-China stuff from them in the early days of Corona.

I think he means Pan-Africanist. The answer is probably

ghana
south africa
...maybe, ethiopia
Again, the bar has been set so low. Especially keeping in mind that outside of Malema's party, SA is very status quos these days. I would love for breh to take the reins of power, but his economic strategy is :flabbynsick:.

Breh would bankrupt SA. Malema is speaking right, but hasn't worked out the bugs in his system. I fear he'd repeat the shortcomings of East Africa(except for Kenya) and ghana post independence.:sadcam:

Tanzania. Supported freedom fighters in Africa like it was nothing. FRELIMO, ANC, Zanu all had bases there. Nyerere also killed tribalism and other isms there, a disease that still plagues their northern neighbor and a lot of African countries. Their government has publicly welcomed members of the African diaspora and it was a home to the great Walter Rodney for a while. Ethiopia and Ghana are next.

Don't know and does it really matter?

The only thing Pan-African that African countries should be worried about is continental trade.

Slightly before the continent became anti-China, there was a lot of anti-Nigerian sentiment.

Comparatively, Nigerians are more mobile and cash liquid than most Africans, so their business interests are spreading. I'd compare it to how Chinese are treated in the Westcoast of the States.

The question doesnt make sense

The OP is thinking from a Eurocentric view , which is why , with all due respect its a stupid question

Africa is a black continent , controlled by black people , so how can we be anything other than pro black , because obviously we are pro ourselves

we dont think in terms of race since we are all of that race ,African countries only think in terms of nationality not in terms of race
