For me I think it’s confidence. Looks aren’t that important unless you’re seriously disabled or disfigured. Must be something hardwired into our genetic code since we’re social creatures.

Add into that proximity. I feel like the closer/more often you see someone the more likely she is to get attracted from whatever confidence you display.

See the problem with being tall is that you can’t separate to what degree of attraction is just social conditioning. Evolutionary psychology is pretty iffy on this.
