Plies is nothing but a result of what the industry is right now....selling an image. The truth be damned, as long as your image works, nobody cares. So I say hell, as long as people are going to overlook that, then let that boy live and get pesos....
But personally? That fake drawl and what have you...I find that pretty deplorable. nikka ACTING like he got a deep Southern drawl when the reality is he soundin' more like a debate team captain. I hate that, because what he doesn't realize is that (even subconsciously) he's promoting the idea that it's more "cool" to talk like an ig'nant trap nikka than a college educated one.....he's perpetuating ignorance in that regard, and that's tacky and c00nish to the Nth degree.
