What are YOUR house monopoly rules?

Inspired by that other thread. What are the laws when your play monopoly?

My rules:

Can buy as soon as you land no once around the board

We start with an extra $500-$1000 depending on number of people

Start with $200 in free parking. After collected out another $100 in each time.

Can’t sell property for more than 3x it’s worth.

No face down mortgage or whatever. If you need bread you just put it back on the market to the bank for half it’s price.

Pass go $200, land on to $400

Roll doubles go again, 3x go to jail

pass go twice then purchase...

goto jail, lose all property and then start from scratch...you goto jail, your property can be bought on the next persons turn if they want it...

pull the street repairs card..u pay it...hold it for one turn whomever land on ya property pays u 5% for each house or hotel...
