The problem is...
No matter what a Black man wears, it's going to end up classified as "thug" apparel. That's why white dudes walk around with hoodies and they're just college kids or frat boys, Black guy walks around in a hooded sweatshirt and he's a gangbanger. Black men in suits are considered "scary" by the establishment just as well, look at how NOI members get treated. The definition of "thug" simply gets changed around to fit Black men; nobody changes the definition of "ho attire" to fit women who are dressed conservatively.
All of that said, if she wants to dress like a ho, dress like one, no need to promote her ignorant feelings about Black men into it. Not to mention, nobody gets shot for dressing like a ho.
