What are your thoughts on people having kids they can't afford?

The only thing worse than having kids you can't afford is having kids you do not want to take care of(mostly absentee Dads are the culprits here). Still, having kids while dirt poor is bad enough.
One of the most heart breaking sights on South African roads is mothers using their multiple 3year old-7year old kids to come and beg for money when the cars slow down at intersections. At first I used to feel very touched and give whenever I could. Until I noticed one woman who had a spot where her kids begged while she sat leaned on the teaffic light. A couple months later I noticed the woman was pregnant again
Why on earth would you be struggling to feed the kids you have and go open your legs up to make another unfed child? This shyt infuriates me.
Look I know life is very unpredictable and you cannot tell people how to live, but having children begging all day in the 40°C sun, then going to proceate again is unacceptable. Condoms are free anywhere! Birth control is free!

I have not opinion of it because I don't know who can or can't afford kids...
Having kids is a choice. Ppl have a right to make choices.
I'm more curious in knowing why some ppl choose to have kids out of wedlock? Why would those ppl not prioritize marriage before starting a family?

All it does is makes it harder on themselves and the people around them who apre probsbly barely getting by themselves without having to help fix someone else’s careless mistakes.
