Identifications (id, license, permit, etc) to build a federal facial recognition database that can not only link you to your social media profiles but that can also immediatly identify you when your face is detected by their network of cameras throughout the WORLD.

What law grants this authority?

A lot of people think that just because they haven't been arrested that they're not in the "system" but being thirsty to get a license as a teen is the quickest/easiest/first way to put yourself in it. shyt I remember watching an episode of the First 48 where the cops got a bunch of yearbooks from a local high school and picked out a bunch of brothas.

The social networking thing is flat out people just hand delivering their info to whatever state/govt agency because there's all kinds of facial recognition software out there now
