1770 per month after taxes ...1500 with partner [if she made minimum wage in cali,soon to be $10] = 3270

600 rent for a studio apartment
=1100
100 gas
=1000
100 electricity/gas
=900
food 200
=700
phone/internet-100
=600
car insurance 100
kush 200

i cut out tv cuz i dont watch it besides the free OTA channels and cud download anything else


=300 leftover or 1800 with partner.

1770 per month works out to just under 22 k annual. What kinda job you got?

food im just estimating..but i wud force it to work. even if that means a whole week of only top ramen noodles

some tips:

• reduce $$ spent on weed; health is more important; you shouldnt have to eat a weeks worth of ramen for an additional ounce of weed breh
• if you do alot of home cooking, $200 a month on food for 2 people doesnt seem like a lot - budget more
• try to rent a place where utilities are incl in monthly rent
• do you have 2 cars (you and girl); if so, can you get by with just one to reduce insurance/gas?
• try and lower your internet and or phone (utilize wifi)

When I was making almost 13 an hour I was barely pulling in 1700 a month. CA has some of the highest taxes in the country so I don't know how they are calculating that
