4200 I hate it. Gonna make a change in 2-3 yrs soon as my lady graduates school.
Very hard to find, especially in NYC. 9/10, the only utilities covered are heat & hot water.

IMO , u live as if u make 10 to 20k more just by cutting down stupid things like a "nice" car and Instead of all that extra rent that people pay to house their children..thats why I don't want kids...I'ma live in a studio as long as possible.

Rent a room: $300..im renting from friends
Food: $100..I eat good at my job
Hair care: $180..yes, my hair and its maintenence IS my entertainment. No movies/nights out. It all goes to my locs

Personal hygeine: $30

WAIT nikka according to thisI should have like $400 left over ..bur Im broke at the end of the month
