What Athletes who are hated by the Media should do...

After paying attention to the media for the past couple of years and seeing this Cam Newton stuff I think they should have a different approach...

I think the should find 1 or 2 media reporters and such that have always had their back and been good to them (preferably black ) and only talk or give interviews to them. Just tell that reporter to ALWAYS be around. They could boost somebody's career, avoid fines for avoiding media, and piss off the rest of media all at the same time.

If the media hates you then ignore them. Cam and some others have done it right. They control their own narrative. Truth be told Russel Wilson is a lame but we only know the things about him that he wants us to know because he gives the media nothing. Same with Manning

I actually change the channel/station once people start giving baseless opinions on players' character and motives. nikkas get a press pass and think they're psychologists. Its annoying as hell. I only hate media when they start thinking their opinion mean more than anyone else's.
