clyde carson & the team was my pick from 05-07, but i pretty much know that's not happening anymore. other than all the folks associated with HBK (iamsu, cool jonh, p-lo), I don't know any new names from the bay. if we got a shot at a national rapper, it's gonna be some hipster kid from Oakland/Berkeley , all that street shyt/mob mentality isn't hot in the mainstream anymore, and we still have quite a few dudes stuck on that.
