Blacks need to dominate agriculture and raw materials extraction in Africa and the Caribbean. Then we need to move the value added processing of crops, materials, etc. to those countries to move up the value chain. Once we get that cash flow going we can use it to invest in other stuff.

For AAs, I always wondered if a logical move would be to leverage our position in entertainment and content to controlling distribution channels and even physical infrastructure. Too bad a lot of this is dominated by massive companies though like Comcast, Clearchannel, etc.
