I think there needs to be new leadership, along with clearing out the government plants, and a new motto that only spews love and uplifting of black people, and NOT a hate for white people.
Think they need to recruit black frat and sorority members of HBCU's and PWI's , along with some of the athletes at these schools as well, they are seen as leaders/ future leaders.
