Hold the black men responsible rather than coddling and protecting them from their own consequences.
As a community we have to isolate, denigrate and expel them, their families and the people who support gang culture and violence. We need to stop normalizing fighting and violence as a whole and push peaceful conflict resolution opposed to being "hard".

People are literally protecting murderers and drug dealers by not getting them arrested.

when a nikka from a certain block/set really starts touching money and building clout
instead of falling to the trap of flossing doing nothing
the cool thing should be community building and investing go boss up for real
look at a nikka like neighborhood nip as to what they can aim for but the problem is most are mentally destitute they got nothing up top just chasing the toys but not the power to create and keep them
plus peace is profitable if you figure that out all that shoot em up shyt looks real corny real quick
