Wayne has longevity and he's a legend.
I don't think he fell off. He's just over saturated and kind of predictable.
He needs to pull a yeezy/hov/drake and steal the youth's flows and sound or make a album with like 10 songs and be introspective. We tired of the same bars....they're witty and shyt but he needs to get personal and connect with us to keep up in this modern game.

Was Jay Zs last album better than most albums released in the year that it was released? He was hungry on Reasonable Doubt, he's too far gone to ever replicate how raw he was back then.
