yes sir. That's their plan. The traffic already getting worse. ALso, lots of insurance companies having HQ in Tampa gonna mess up the game
but you said amazon hq, malls and movie theaters. they aren't a finalist for hq2 and malls and movie theaters are practically dying.

I have never seen inequality levels in San Diego, as they are now. Granted, as a child, and early 20's, I was less than aware of the larger picture. The rents are escalating drastically across the board, forcing people in formerly modest areas further and further out, as gentrification cleanses and reinvents everything. It really is becoming two very different worlds, though it always has been.

I walk around and get my avocado toast and all that, but it's painful everyday to see the divide growing and growing. Sure, they build housing, but its more and more unaffordable to 7/10 of the cities residents.

Philly... I just moved here and it's a lot cheaper than I would've expected for a major city
