I don't know exactly what they could do but it's interesting that NFL has copied a lot of production points from the XFL.

Real talk though, if Vince hadn't bolted to Viacom/TNN, NBC might've been more inclined to keep the contract up.

Put teams in non NFL cities, find a niche stick to it. CFL been around for like 100 years .

Imagine if it was around now guys like Tebow, Manziel would be starting.

Mostly production stuff. SkyCam for one, they also miked all the players, sideline interviews and locker-room access at an increased pace compared to the NFL at the time.

Basically the production style the NFL uses now was birthed by the XFL.

I remember when it came on and was astonished of how ridiculous it looked. Backstage segments, football players sliding on "go water" slides to get the football, Vince Mcmahon in the show, and Vince Mcmahon in the show.
