but i'm a correctional officer and i promise the prison is run by dykes. even some of the older higher up and administrators go both ways. truthfully its how women move up in rank and get favor and i work at a male prison. people think a lot of female officers sleep with inmates,not as much as you think, they run in cliques and look out for each other. females that are straight get shytted on. it used to be penis envy,where they would try extra hard to prove a point that they belonged and took it to a new level.

There are 2 white guys and a Vietnamese guy who works with the whole district.

A bank in Northern VA. It's like 70% confederate loving cacs out here.

It has its moments but I do like my career because in general YOURE JUDGED based on your work ethic and your qualities on an individual level instead of preconceived notions

Obviously shops vary, but my industrial park is a group of different companies from landscapers to masonry to plumbers and we all take care of each other on the standpoint of helping with work or looking out for eachothers shops

The new guy either passes or fails because he can either deal with being the new guy who gets trashed or quit cause he cant handle a rough work environment

The whole macho puff your chest out shyt only gets you so far before you realize playing your position and keeping your mouth shut gets you a lot further because BOSSES see that youre the type of guy they can trust to promote and to push into power positions
