If you already have your degree from CC under your belt, I would transfer to the 4 year ASAP if that's the move you want to make. You don't want to be there only after wasting time taking a year off or attempting a business. You'll be sitting there with students younger than you who have already interned places during the summer and have jobs already lined up for themselves. Take a little time off and try starting a business only after you're done.

Went in straight to a college where I didn't want to go and regretted it. I should have relocated first, then went to college.

Went to a local CC and worked as a delivery driver. I regret not going to university right off the bat but for an 18 year old whippersnapper with no bills to speak of and boundless energy, that job was . I wouldn't trade that era in my life for anything. Black people need to step their tip game up though because when I had to deliver to them I got stiffed well over half the time and no it wasn't just me. Help a young brotha out.

That's the best thing to do imo, especially if you're not going a private/special uni. Most public/state uni's have atriculation agreements with cc's. I think everyone should do that if they plan on graduating from a regular university. I don't think it would be difficult to transfer if you communicate well with the school .

I'm smart, but I wasn't taking out a loan for anything. I got a scholarship for my tuition to be covered, but my housing wasn't covered, and other fees wasn't covered. I took myself right over to the local community college and enrolled. I currently owe $0, and built up a good savings. I know people who had high GPA's in high school and great SAT/ACT scores. They are currently more than $15,000 in debt, and they haven't gotten their bachelors yet. Also they go to great schools.

Both, but more so because of the major since I spend most of my time doing homework,etc. The major also isn't exactly what I thought it would be but there's no point in switching at this stage. I don't even know what I'd switch to.

I didn't want to ride on being a URM. and was on that save money steeze as well. In retrospect I should have written my essay in RBG colored ink. Pride can be a real mothafukka.

i don't regret doing my coursework (EE major) i just regret how i did it

man if i could wind back time i would fukk up some commas and ace all those easy tests and hws i blew off

EDIT: my gpa is a 2.75 my mom said i was failure
