Frog legs are good. Kinda like dark meat turkey.

Yeah my ma called them yard birds and said she hated chicken till they moved to the city. Apparently free range birds eat damn near anything which changes the taste and consistency of the meat. Ma said all the chickens they use to eat were slimy tasting so she never ate them.

Side note: Surprisingly(or not so) enough for all of the "soulfood is bad for you" talk she also said that they rarely ate meat cause it was expensive. They ate meat(don't get me wrong) but a lot of their diet were "staples" as she called it.
