Mustard (regular, spicy, honey, Dijon etc.). Mayo can work on a really big, fancy azz sandwich...assuming you got jalapenos, banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and good meat/bread to keep that cac cream from dominating too much.

I don't know where this black people don't like mayo bullshyt started. I think I know more white people who don't like it than black folk. No, it's not the go to dipping sauce like it is in Europe, but mayo on burgers, sandwiches, egg salad (and I guess some people use it in potato salad, we use sandwich spread - not miracle whip -in my house), used to make dips (chipotle ranch ), etc is a must.
