Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
The video is right about democratic voters tho. They want affordable housing but at the same time want to live in a house that’s 4,000 acres and will immediately vote down a apartment complex coming into the area.

So yea I would say liberal voters are definitely an issue and when they get the opportunity they tend to become conservative thinkers.

He’s right about that California city Alo Plato or w/e that shyt is called. 98% of the city zoned for single family homes and yet bringing in thousands of jobs. More jobs than housing, where are these people going to stay.

No wonder why California has all that traffic and commuting.

In the video the cac says blue states provide more opportunities for low income people to climb the ladder.

them unions in the north have helped a lot of black folks who didn’t have those fancy degrees.

Retarded to think that just because a place has lower housing cost = more opportunities.

Everybody wants to follow the jobs, great schools, and humane social programs located in blue states.:yeshrug: Homeless people ain't flocking to red states where it's affordable, they're coming for mild climate and programs.:blessed:

Plus, many of them are straight up mentally ill. Upper middle class liberals don't like being considered racist but they don't have a problem dressing up their racism in fancy terms:hhh:. These mf'ers won't allow affordable housing to be set aside in their neighborhoods b/c they don't want Blacks and Latinos in "their" schools or the apartment complex is going to destroy the "character" of the neighborhood.:stopitslime:

This mf'er Robert Reich (Bill Clinton's Labor Secretary) is on twitter all day talking that "Tax the Rich" and calling for wealth tax:

But look what he's doing in his neighborhood:
Left-Wing UC Berkeley Professor Doesn't Want Poor People Moving Into His Posh Neighborhood - Washington Free Beacon
More than 100 people were in attendance on the Zoom call, likely due to neighbor Jeffrey Baker pointing out on Twitter that Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor, Cal professor and prominent resident of the neighborhood, had submitted a letter to the landmarks commission in support of protecting the building. Several accused him of hypocrisy for promoting progressive values but blocking a high-density project — one that could have accelerated the demise of exclusionary housing in his own neighborhood.

Reich couldn’t be reached for comment, and didn’t make an appearance at the meeting, but said on his show, on which he talked to another local, W. Kamau Bell, that he supported the landmarking because the developers are “pretending” to build low-income or inclusionary housing. So far, the proposal for the new building has a subsidy for including one low-income unit. The plan is incomplete and could change, but all development in Berkeley must include some affordable housing.
