What do people eat for lunch at work?

I rarely eat lunch at work. I don't know how people can eat a full course meal and shyt for lunch. How do u not wanna immediately take a shyt and go to sleep after that? I might buy a light snack from the gas station to keep me going but I'm not eating a number 6 from Burger King for lunch like my other coworkers do. Today I had half a steak sandwich for lunch from across the street cause I didn't eat shyt yesterday so I was starving.
