The Cowboys had this problem bad before they lucked up with Romo. Guys like Testaverde, Bledsoe, etc.


I can't respect any GM/team that KNOWS these older QBs aren't worth anything more than 7-8 wins max, rather than looking for a college gem like Russell Wilson, etc. I'm convinced alot of these scouts don't really watch college football.
