Israel has most of there population vaccinated as well.

Some of it is due to vaccinated people thinking everything is all good now and going about their lives mask-less and going to functions/places with a lot of other mask-less people. I'm assuming most unvaccinated people are still being cautious and wearing masks.

Things will never go back to the way it was before. People need to realize this and not be so careless.

It seems like it's been explained many times vaccinations don't stop infections but minimizes severity and deaths.

I don't know why people keep forgetting this information. The data as you shown supports this.

That was never the claim... Whoever said it on this site was wrong. I remember this being the explanation when this started to roll out to health care providers first.

80% to 90% of the population over 30 is vaccinated it's been known that you can still get Covid but the symptoms are extremely mild. So if all these people are walking around unmasked living there life 70% of the cases being vaccined people is expected.
