This thread got me thinking. No better way to honor our ancestors and show our lineage to this land than having a day honoring those that were captured and taken to this land.

A parade or pilgrimage to Point Comfort or any of the other slave ports throughout America.

Shut shyt down for a weekend annually and go pay respects.

You could turn it into a festival with food, conscious music and speeches.

Kind of like Muslims making their pilgrimage to Mecca. I believe it would be great for the spirit of done as a collective.
