What do you consider enough money to live comfortably?

I'll keep it short, I'm at my trade school right and now and one of the owners former students came back to visit (dark skin African dude) so immediately he starts going off about how successful he is and how much is business makes and how many cars he rides, showing us pics of his house, say he tries to live his life like a celebrityso we all just sitting around listening like then he keeps going for about another 30 then tell us his car is park outside by a bus stop and he ain't worried about no ticket because he got the bread to afford it and if they tow his car he'll just buy another one... so I'm like... but anyway how much money do you think a person needs to make yearly or annually do able to do dumb shyt like that and not have to worry about it hurting their pockets?

and it depend on where you live, 50k in new york is considered broke, in Georgia you're going to live well

Nah exactly. My boss is a millionaire and doesn't have higher expenses because he lives simple and is frugal with his money.

Atlanta is a little more expensive, but compare to other big cities, the cost of living is very cheap, so 50k is a ver a good start. Just the fact that you can buy a house in ATL that is one quarter or one fifth of the price of a small condo in NY, that's a big difference in your mortgage and cost of living.

Anyway, you'd alright if you're in middle class range but that doesn't mean you won't go broke from time to time.
