@KingZaire_ said try distract yaself. You have any hobbies, other passions that you really enjoy? shyt, I like to paint also graphic design, collecting rare/obscure music, shyt legit brings me joy lol.

Try to do things that kinda lift your spirits, a lot a times you gotta force yourself to do it but the more your busy (doing constructive shyt) the less you have those thoughts, well at least for me. Being active, exercising is very important too. I mean none of these things are cures but they can help get through and live your life a lil easier.
