Do you think humanity should become a people that do not mourn death?
Is it the right thing to do just because of it being true that we are meant to die?

but we are not done manipulating evolution
our path towards the singularity might just mean an ability to store the neurotome and a reduction in the physical size of information storage and intergalactic travel

if consciousness is materially derived (ie not quantum based, but subject to the rules of locality or the classical universe), scientific inquiry may provide a means to immortality

No we'll never be immortal on earth.

And no I dont think that one should avoid mourning death.I dont even understand what good comes out of this type of thinking. Part of mourning, is that one gets over the loss of the loved one. So without mourning would we get rid of the loss? Tough question.
